    Unforgettable White Chocolate Frosting

    List of Ingredients


    • 18 ounces white chocolate baking bar, chopped
    • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups butter, cut into pieces


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Cool till slightly warm.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer till smooth.
    3. Add butter; beat until fluffy.
    4. Gradually add cooled chocolate, beating until well blended.
    5. Makes enough frosting for a 9" 3 layer cake or a 17 1/2x 11 1/2" sheet cake.
