Unforgettable White Chocolate Frosting

- 18 ounces white chocolate baking bar, chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups butter, cut into pieces
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Cool till slightly warm.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer till smooth.
- Add butter; beat until fluffy.
- Gradually add cooled chocolate, beating until well blended.
- Makes enough frosting for a 9" 3 layer cake or a 17 1/2x 11 1/2" sheet cake.
