Broccoli: Broccoli Cheese Casserole

- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place broccoli in a large mixing bowl. Pour soup mayonnaise mixture into broccoli and mix well. Add cheese and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour in preheated oven.
