• 2 cups milk
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 4 tablespoons vanilla
  
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  
• 4 cups light or table cream
  
• 2 cups strawberries, sweetened and chopped
  






Instructions



1. Scald milk, add cream cheese, sugar and salt to the milk and beat until thoroughly dissolved. Add the cream, stir in the vanilla and strawberries. Cool and then turn in the freezer. Makes 2 quarts.
