Bananas In Coconut Cream

- 6 bananas
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and chop into 2 inch pieces. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk with the sugar and salt and cook gently until the sugar is dissolved. Add the banana pieces and cook gently for 5 minutes. Divide mixture between 6 to 8 bowls and serve warm.
