    1/2 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Yogurt
    1/2 Banana
    1/2 Cup Strawberries or Blueberries

    Recipe



    Puree above ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into a prechilled thermos. Variation: Add 1/2 Cup Ice Cream or substitute ice cream for the Yogurt.
