Dessert: Caramel Apple Salad

- 3 large granny smith apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 small package sugar free instant butterscotch pudding
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
Instructions
- Mix cored and diced apples, raisins, celery and walnuts well. Combine pudding and yogurt, mix well.
- Combine pudding mixture with apple mixture, stir to combine. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
- Makes 6 servings
