Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

- 1 pound baby carrots, scraped
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Steam carrots 10 to 12 minutes; drain well.
- Meanwhile, melt margarine in a non stick skillet; stir in honey and lemon juice.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add drained carrots; cook and stir for 2 minutes more until glazed.
