Oven Barbecued Pork Chops

- 1 1/4 pound (6 small) pork loin chops
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 green or red peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Trim fat from pork chops.
- Place in a single layer in a 9x13" glass baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, worcestershire sauce and tabasco.
- Pour over chops and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or more.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sprinkle pork chops with onions and peppers, cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover, turn chops over.
- Continue baking, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings at 4 points each.
- Per serving 165 calories.
