    • 2 pounds lean pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
    • 1 green bell pepper sliced
    • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown pork cubes on medium high heat.

    2. Add remaining ingredients.

    3. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

    4. Uncover, stir and simmer 15 more minutes.

    5. Great served over rice.

    6. Makes 4 servings at 3 points each.
