- 2 pounds lean pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen carrots
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Cook pork on medium heat in a sprayed nonstick skillet, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.
- Add carrots and cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and sauce.
- Cook, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Good served over rice, makes 4 servings at 162 calories each.
