- 5 pounds lean pork tenderloin
- 1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Place roast in roasting pan.
- Combine tomatoes,vinegar and water and pour over roast.
- Marinate in refrigerator over night.
- Cover and bake a 350 for 4 hours.
