    Roast Pork In Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 pounds lean pork tenderloin
    • 1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in roasting pan.

    2. Combine tomatoes,vinegar and water and pour over roast.

    3. Marinate in refrigerator over night.

    4. Cover and bake a 350 for 4 hours.
