    Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (3 ounces each)
    • 1 package taco seasoning mix
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup light sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.

    2. Add the chicken breast and sprinkle with taco seasoning mix.

    3. Top with salsa and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    4. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from crockpot.

    5. Place 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a small amount of water. Stir well. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the salsa and stir in the sour cream.

    6. Serve sauce over chicken.

    7. 4 servings at 4 points each.
