Tuna Noodle Casserole Delight

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups no yolk egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup white bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray; set aside.
- Heat water to boiling. Add noodles and salt. Boil for 9 minutes and drain.
- Add milk to soup and mix well.
- Arrange half of the noodles, half of the tuna, half of the peas and half of the soup in layers in prepared dish. Repeat layers. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings at 174 calories each.
