    Tuna Noodle Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces medium egg noodles, uncooked
    • 1 cup light sour cream
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
    • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
    • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

    2. Place in a 3 quart baking dish.

    3. Mix sour cream, milk and mustard until well blended.

    4. Add to noodles along with tuna and vegetables; mix lightly.

    5. Cover loosely with foil.

    6. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until throroughly heated.

    7. Makes 6 servings at 250 calories each.
