- 2 cans cannellini beans (white)
- 1 large onion
- 2 large red potatoes
- 1 small shallot (optional)
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 4 cups of water
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
Instructions
- Coarsely chop vegetables.
- Throw it all in the crockpot.
- Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
