- 4 ounces canola oil
- 3 ounces cider vinegar
- 1 ounce balsamic vinegar
- 6 ounces of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with lid.
- Let stand at room temperature for a day.
- Put meat and marinade in a bag.
- With steaks, stew meat or pork chops for an hour before grilling.
