Pork: Baked Pork Chops

- 2 tablespoons yellow cormeal
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Milk
Instructions
- Dip chops in 1/4 cup milk.
- Put mixture into a bag and shake chops or use a dish and coat chops in mixture.
- Either fry pork chops in a skillet or bake in a shallow pan in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until done and browned.
