Pork: Barbeque Pork Burritos

- 1/2 (16 ounce) can Old El Paso refried beans (1 cup)
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup Lloyd's Original Barbeque Sauce With Shredded Pork
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Old El Paso Thick N' Chunky Salsa
- Sour Cream, sliced ripe olives and additional salsa, if desired
Instructions
- Place about 1/4 cup beans in center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 cup pork and 1/4 cup cheese.
- Fold 1 end of each tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange burritos seem sides down in 11x7 inch microwaveable dish, top each burrito with 1/4 cup salsa. Cover loosely.
- Microwave on high 5 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients; serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 servings
