List of Ingredients



• 1 egg
  
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
  
• 1 cup bread crumbs
  
• 1/4 cup chopped onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder
  
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  
• 1 pound lean ground beef
  
• 1 pound ground pork
  
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
  
• Topping:
  
• 1 cup ketchup
  
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  
• 3 tablespoons mustard, regular or spicy
  






Instructions



1. Mix meatloaf ingredients well and shape into a loaf and place in an ungreased loaf pan or other baking pan. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
   
2. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients. Spread over meatloaf and bake uncovered for another 45 to 50 minutes.
