Beef: Beef Teriyaki

- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak 3/4" thick
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (14 1/2) ounce can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups hot cooked rice cooked without salt
Instructions
- Slice beef into very thin strips.
- Mix cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder.
- Stir fry beef in a nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate.
- Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture.
- Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
- Serve over rice.
- Makes 4 servings at 7 points each.
