Beef: Cube Steak

List of Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Brown both sides of cube steak in a large frying pan, about 1 minute. Mix canned milk and soups in a bowl. Pour over steaks. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Serve sauce over rice.
- Make 4 servings.
