    Beef: Cube Steak

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cube steaks
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup


    Instructions


    1. Brown both sides of cube steak in a large frying pan, about 1 minute. Mix canned milk and soups in a bowl. Pour over steaks. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Serve sauce over rice.

    2. Make 4 servings.
