Pork: Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella

- 8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 packet bread crumbs seasoned for pork
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Moisten Chops with water. Shake off excess. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining mix. Place in 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until sauce is warm and cheese is melted.
- Serves 8
