Beef: Kid Pleasing Meatloaf

List of Ingredients



• 2 pounds ground beef
  
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs (cracker crumbs or ritz cracker crumbs)
  
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Dale's Sauce
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  
• Catsup for topping
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients (except catsup) in large bowl. If mixture seems too soupy, add more bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. Line baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Dump contents of bowl into baking pan. Shape into 1 inch thick loaf. Top with catsup, spread with spoon to cover top. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
