Pork: Salsa Pork Chops And Potato Skillet Dinner

- 4 (4 to 6 ounce) pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 4 cups refrigerated diced potatoes
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Ortega Salsa Home Style recipe (mild)
Instructions
- Place pork, potatoes and seasoning mix in large, heavy duty plastic bag; shake to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork; cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Top with salsa and potatoes. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
