    Pork: Saucy Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 bone in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat; season with salt and pepper.

    2. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.

    3. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done.

    4. Remove chops to platter and spoon sauce over them.
