    Beef: Sweet And Sour Beef With Cabbage

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 pound cut up beef, for stir fry
    • 3 cups cut up cabbage, or coleslaw mix
    • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
    • Hot cooked couscous, rice or noodles, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat 12" skillet or wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil; rotate skillet to coat sides. Add beef; stir fry 2 minutes or until brown. Remove from skillet.

    2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil; rotate skillet to coat sides. Add cabbage; stir fry about 3 minutes or until crisp tender.

    3. Add beef and sweet and sour sauce; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot.

    4. Serve with couscous.
