    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 pound ground beef
    • 6 ounces unsalted tortilla chips
    • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
    • 1 3/4 cups Sargento Bistro Blends Cheddar Salsa with Tomato & Jalapeno Peppers Shredded Cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • Guacamole (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Cook ground beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink; drain.
    2. Line a 15x10" pan with chips.
    3. Spoon ground beef, tomatoes, olives, onion and cheese over chips.
    4. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    5. Serve with sour cream and, if desired, guacamole
