    Chile Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients except cheese.

    2. Spread in ungreased 9x13" baking dish, or a 3 quart casserole.

    3. Sprinkle with cheese.

    4. Cover and cook in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

    5. Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
