4 (3 ounce) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese cracker crumbs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Coat chicken breasts with yogurt. Combine cracker crumbs and taco
seasoning. Dredge chicken in mixture. Place in baking dish sprayed
with nonstick spray. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
