Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Macaroni

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
- 13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
- 7 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese spread, cut up
- 1(16 ounce) bag Birds Eye Farm Fresh Mixtures*, thawed
Instructions
- Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir in broth. Bring to boil.
- Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Add Velveeta and vegetables; stir until Velveeta is melted.

NOTES : *This is a combination of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
