    Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Macaroni

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
    • 13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
    • 7 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
    • 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese spread, cut up
    • 1(16 ounce) bag Birds Eye Farm Fresh Mixtures*, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

    2. Stir in broth. Bring to boil.
    3. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

    4. Add Velveeta and vegetables; stir until Velveeta is melted.
