Chicken And Mushroom Fettuccini Alfredo

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) package fettuccini pasta
- 1 (1.6 ounce) package alfrado sauce mix
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Keep warm. Meanwhile, prepare sauce mix in a small bowl as directed on package.
- Wash hands. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Wash hands. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium high. Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add sauce to chicken; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in mushrooms and peas; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve chicken vegetable mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
