    Ham And Broccoli Fettuccine

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
    • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
    • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    • 6 ounces cubed left over ham


    Instructions


    1. Cook fettuccine in a dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, melt margarine. Add broccoli, mushrooms and garlic; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crispy tender (4 to 5 minutes). Stir in parsley, cream and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes). Stir in fettuccine, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (4 to 6 minutes). Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
