Macaroni Pizza

- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup grated American cheese
Instructions
- Pour the cooked macaroni in a greased 9x13" baking pan.
- Beat the egg and milk together and pour over the macaroni.
- Brown the ground beef and onions; pour off all excess fat.
- Add seasonings, tomato sauce and mushrooms; mix well.
Pour over macaroni.
- Top with both the cheeses.
- Bake at 350° F. until cheese bubbles, about 15 minutes.
- Serves 8
