The Lady's Cheese Mac

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (2 cups uncooked)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons margarine, cut into pieces
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whole or evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Additional cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After draining macaroni, place into a large bowl, add cheddar cheese and butter. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, add to macaroni. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with additional cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
- Yield 6 to 8 servings
