    The Lady's Cheese Mac

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (2 cups uncooked)
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 4 tablespoons margarine, cut into pieces
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup whole or evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • Additional cheese for topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After draining macaroni, place into a large bowl, add cheddar cheese and butter. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, add to macaroni. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with additional cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
    2. Yield 6 to 8 servings
