    Peanut Butter And Graham Cracker Pie Crust

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
    • 2 cups fine crushed graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons water (approximately)


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, blend together peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add water a tablespoon at a time, kneading gently with your (clean) fingers until mixture holds together. Press mixture into bottom and up side of a well buttered 9 inch pie pan. Chill thoroughly before filling.

    2. Great for chilled pies using puddings or ice cream. Goes particularly well with chocolate fillings.

    3. Yield: One 9 inch pie crust (8 servings)

    4. Per piece: 185 calories, 30 percent from fat, 6 grams total fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 1 g saturated fat, 3 g protein, 30 g carbohydrates, 1 g total fiber, 165 mg sodium.
