Peanut Butter And Graham Cracker Pie Crust

- 1/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups fine crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water (approximately)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, blend together peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add water a tablespoon at a time, kneading gently with your (clean) fingers until mixture holds together. Press mixture into bottom and up side of a well buttered 9 inch pie pan. Chill thoroughly before filling.
- Great for chilled pies using puddings or ice cream. Goes particularly well with chocolate fillings.
- Yield: One 9 inch pie crust (8 servings)
