    List of Ingredients


    • 8 medium flour tortillas
    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 (8 ounce) can diced green chiles
    • 1/2 pint sour cream
    • 1/3 pound shredded monterey jack cheese
    • 1/3 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 small onion, minced finely
    • green onion tops, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Combine soup, green onion tops, sour cream and the chiles in a bowl. Add the shredded cheese, except a handful for the top later.
    2. Add the diced chicken to the soup mixture in the bowl and mix well. Place some of the chicken mixture in each of the tortillas, roll them and place them in a greased or sprayed 9x13 inch pan or casserole.
    3. Spread the remaining mixture over the filled tortillas in the pan and top with the cup of cheese that was saved out. You can bake immediately at 350 degrees or refrigerate overnight and bake when ready.
