    Chicken Fingers With Barbecue Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
    • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
    • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
    • 1 pound boneless skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 12 equal strips
    • 6 tablespoons barbecue sauce, hickory flavored preferred


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Place a large baking sheet in the oven to preheat.
    3. In a shallow dish, whisk together honey mustard and buttermilk.
    4. Place bread crumbs in a seperate dish.
    5. Add chicken to mustard mixture and turn to coat.
    6. Transfer chicken to bread crumbs and turn to coat.
    7. Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and coat with cooking spray.
    8. PLace chicken on baking sheet and bake 6 minutes and flip, baking until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
    9. Serve chicken fingers with barbecue sauce on the side.
    10. Yields about 3 chicken fingers and 1 1/2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce per serving.
    11. Serves 4 at 5 points each.
