- 1 cup reduced fat bisquick
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup eggbeaters or 3 eggwhites
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 2 cups cooked diced white chicken meat
- 2 cans healthy request cream of mushrooms soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together vegetables, chicken and soup.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- In another bowl, mix bisquick, milk and eggbeaters.
- Pour over the top of chicken mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden.
- 6 servings at 4.5 points each
