- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red food color
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet, discarding the remaining marinade.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the chicken over; bake 8 to 10 more minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and it is glazed. Serve immediately.
- Makes 12 servings (3 to 4 strips)
