    • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed beef broth
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/8 teaspoon red food color
    • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
    2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet, discarding the remaining marinade.
    3. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the chicken over; bake 8 to 10 more minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and it is glazed. Serve immediately.
    4. Makes 12 servings (3 to 4 strips)
