    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1" strips
    • 3 cups cut up assorted vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli florets, shredded carrots)
    • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup stir fry sauce
    • hot cooked rice if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a 12" skillet or wok over high heat.
    2. Add chicken; stir fry about 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet.
    3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
    4. Add vegetables and garlic; stir fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    5. Add chicken and stir fry sauce.
    6. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until heated through.
    7. Serve with rice.
    8. Makes 4 servings at 5 points each.
