    Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup stir fry sauce
    • 2 cups hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
    2. Add chicken; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
    3. Add vegetables; stir fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp; drain.
    4. Add stir fry sauce.
    5. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot.
    6. Serve over rice.
    7. Makes 4 servings at 6 points each.
