Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms
- 1/2 cup stir fry sauce
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add chicken; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
- Add vegetables; stir fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp; drain.
- Add stir fry sauce.
- Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot.
- Serve over rice.
- Makes 4 servings at 6 points each.
