Crunchy Ranch Chicken Tenders

- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 pound boneless chicken tenders
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Lightly spray a sheet pan; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and parsley.
- In a seperate bowl, combine ranch dressing and water.
- Dip the chicken into dressing, then into corn flakes, coating well.
- Arrange chicken on sheet pan.
- Lightly spray the top of the chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
