    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package dry onion soup mix
    • 1 small jar apricot jam
    • 1 bottle red french or catalina dressing


    Instructions


    1. Mix all together and pour over chicken.
    2. Roast, covered for 1 hour.
    3. Uncover and baste chicken with sauce and continue to bake another 30 minutes to an hour basting frequently.
    4. Sauce should thicken up.
