    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Atheno's Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese With Basil And Tomato
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Arrange chicken in a 13x9" baking dish.
    3. Drizzle with 1 tablespoons lemon juice.
    4. Season with salt and black pepper.
    5. Top with feta cheese; drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    7. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.
    8. Makes 6 servings.
