    2 lbs boneless,skinless chicken
    1 pt sour cream
    16 oz salsa
    1 red, green, yellow pepper-diced
    3 cups crushed Doritos
    16 oz mexican Velveeta shredded

    Recipe



    Dip chicken breast in sour cream, then in crushed doritos. Lay in baking dish. Pour jar of salsa over chicken. Spead diced
    peppers over salsa. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375º for 45-55 minutes. Uncover
    and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
