    • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    • 2 pounds ground chicken breast, cooked
    • 1 cup onions, chopped
    • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    • 3 cups no yolk egg noodles, cooked


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper.
    2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    3. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
    4. Add sauce to mixture.
    5. Cook covered for 20 minutes.
    6. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
    7. Add noodles to chicken mixture.
    8. Makes 8 servings at 232 calories each.
