- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 pounds ground chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups no yolk egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken, onion and bell pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- Add sauce to mixture.
- Cook covered for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
- Add noodles to chicken mixture.
- Makes 8 servings at 232 calories each.
