    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon margarine
    • 1 1/4 cups Hungry Jack Instant Potato Flakes
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    • 2 eggs, beaten


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Melt margarine in a baking dish.
    3. Combine potato flakes, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    4. Dip chicken in beaten egg, roll in potato flake mixture and place in prepared baking dish.
    5. Bake 50 minutes or until done.
    6. Serves 4
