    Mandarin Chicken Breasts

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
    • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained


    Instructions


    1. On top of stove over low heat, brown chicken breasts in a nonstick skillet.
    2. Combine onion soup, pineapple and oranges.
    3. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
    4. Makes 4 servings at 5 points each.
