- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained
Instructions
- On top of stove over low heat, brown chicken breasts in a nonstick skillet.
- Combine onion soup, pineapple and oranges.
- Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Makes 4 servings at 5 points each.
