    • 1 1/4 cups plain tortilla chips, crushed
    • 1 package taco seasoning mix
    • 18 to 20 chicken drumsitcks


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In a large plastic bag, combine tortilla chips and taco seasoning mix.
    3. Dampen chicken with water and shake of excess.
    4. Place a few pieces at a time in plastic bag; shake to coat with chips.
    5. Repeat until all drumsticks are coated .
    6. Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
    7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is crispy.
    8. Serve with salsa for dipping.
