    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch ground black pepper
    • Ground cumin to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
    2. Rub chicken pieces with garlic, salt, pepper and cumin to taste and add to hot skillet.
    3. Cook until brown on both sides and no longer pink about 10 to 15 minutes.
    4. Transfer meat to a 13x9" baking dish or casserole dish, top with salsa and cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
    5. Serve over rice of buttered noodles.
